Quality control checks / Testing of Power/ Auxiliary converters for Railway Applications especially for Traction rolling stocks (as per SOPs released by R&D and engineering team) 2. Thorough knowledge to read the RM datasheets and understand the critical parameters 3. Gap design knowledge for IQCD/ IPQC/QC 4. Thorough product knowledge and specification reading proficiency 5. Routine testing and inspection call scheduling and monitoring 6. 5s in the QC / QA dept 7. Awareness and implementation of quality tools 8D, 5 why, Pareto analysis, Fishbone, FMEA etc 8. Cost saving / Kaizen projects 9. Keep updated with field failure issues and train the QC team to take necessary preventive actions to avoid recurrence 10. Railway product specifications update thru Mktg, Service team interactions and necessary information flow between the teams Job Features Job Category Full-Time
