Full Stack Developer (Next.js | Node.js | PostgreSQL)

Job description: We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience building scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate has worked on social media platforms or content-heavy applications, understands performance optimization at scale, and is comfortable working across frontend and backend systems. Experience: 3–4 Years **Location: Ahmedabad (On-site) Employment Type: Full-time Tech Stack & Core Skills *Frontend: * • Next.js (App Router / Pages Router) • TanStack Query (React Query) • Frontend caching strategies • Server-Side Rendering (SSR) & Static Site Generation (SSG) • SEO best practices • CDN integration Backend: • Node.js (Express.js) • RESTful APIs • Authentication & Authorization • API rate limiting & performance tuning Database & Infrastructure: • PostgreSQL (advanced query optimization) • Redis (caching & session management) • Kafka (event-driven architecture / message queues) • Turborepo (monorepo management) • CDN (Cloudflare, BunnyCDN, Fastly, etc.) • Performance optimization & scalability strategies Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using Next.js and Node.js. • Architect and optimize backend systems for high-traffic and content-heavy platforms. • Implement Redis-based caching strategies (API caching, session caching, query caching). • Optimize PostgreSQL queries, indexing, and database performance. • Design and integrate event-driven systems using Kafka. • Implement frontend performance improvements using: • TanStack Query • Client-side caching • Lazy loading • Code splitting • Work with CDN configurations to optimize content delivery. • Improve SEO performance and Core Web Vitals. • Structure and manage monorepos using Turborepo. • Collaborate with product, design, and DevOps teams. • Follow clean architecture and best coding practices. Required Qualifications • 3–4 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer. • Strong expertise in JavaScript / TypeScript. • Production-level experience with Next.js and Node.js. • Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL (indexing, query optimization). • Solid experience implementing Redis caching. • Experience working on social media platforms or content-heavy applications. • Strong understanding of: • REST APIs • Client-server architecture • SSR & frontend caching • CDN strategies • Experience with Git and collaborative workflows. • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Nice to Have • Experience with Kafka in distributed systems. • Experience scaling applications to handle high concurrent traffic. • Cloud deployment experience (AWS / GCP / Azure). • CI/CD pipeline knowledge. • Experience with AI-assisted development tools. • Open-source contributions or strong GitHub portfolio.
