Role: CNC/VMC/HMC/VTL Machine operator Qualifications: Diploma, ITI, BE Mech Experienced: 2 to 6 Location : Coimbatore TamilNadu Accommodation : Free Food : Available CONTACT HR : 9043540381 Key Responsibilities • Machine Setup: Prepare and set up CNC/VMC machines with appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials. • Programming: Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs using CAM software or manual coding (Fanuc/Siemens/Heidenhain). • Operation: Operate CNC/VMC machines to produce components as per drawings and specifications. • Quality Control: Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, CMM, gauges) to ensure dimensional accuracy. Requirements • Experience: 3–8 years of hands-on CNC/VMC setting and programming experience. • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of G-code, M-code, and CAM software (Mastercam, NX, SolidCAM, etc.). • Machining Knowledge: Expertise in cutting tools, speeds/feeds, and machining of metals (steel, aluminum, alloys). • Measurement Skills: Proficiency in using precision instruments for inspection. • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot machine and program-related issues independently.
