As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to fuel our organization's success. This pivotal role ensures we secure the best individuals to meet our business objectives and maintain a competitive edge in the industry. Key Responsibilities: • Design and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, our career site, and employee referrals to identify qualified candidates. • Screen resumes, conduct thorough interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to determine the best fit for open positions. • Cultivate strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging experience throughout the recruitment process. • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, establish clear expectations, and facilitate a seamless hiring process. • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers, guiding them through the selection process and providing valuable insights. • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial intake meetings to extending job offers. • Review and maintain high standards for job descriptions, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in attracting top talent. • Oversee shortlisting processes to identify the most promising candidates for each role. • Actively manage the job pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates. • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, providing data-driven insights to improve hiring strategies and processes. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies. • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E.) or MBA in Human Resources • 12-15 years of experience in recruitment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers • Strong sourcing and networking skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities. • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software Preferred Qualifications/Good to H • Experience recruiting for roles within the Oil & Gas industry • Experience working on Upstream, Midstream, and Downstream roles • Familiarity with roles such as Reservoir Engineer, Drilling Engineer, Completion Engineer, Subsurface Reliability Engineer, Geologist / Geophysicist, Petroleum Engineer, Wells Engineer, and Technical Service Engineer (Hydro processing, shut down, startup)
