The role involves writing for both B2B and B2C audiences, collaborating with marketing strategists, designers, and subject matter experts to produce authoritative, conversion-driven content across multiple digital platforms. Responsibilities: - Research, write, and edit high-quality blogs, articles, whitepapers, and website copy on life, health, motor, travel, and general insurance topics. - Create educational and SEO-optimized content that explains policy features, benefits, claims, underwriting, and regulatory updates in simple, engaging language. - Develop comparison pages, guides, and marketing copy to enhance financial literacy, support lead generation, and drive policy conversions. - Stay updated on IRDAI guidelines, market trends, and InsurTech developments to ensure factual accuracy and compliance. - Analyze competitor content, track performance metrics (CTR, rankings, dwell time), and optimize for better visibility and engagement. - Collaborate with marketing, SEO, and product teams to maintain consistent messaging and ensure timely publishing across digital platforms. Requirements: - 2-5 years of experience in content writing for the insurance or BFSI sector (life, health, or general insurance). - Strong portfolio of articles, guides, or product pages related to insurance, financial planning, or InsurTech. - Understanding of insurance concepts such as premiums, claims, underwriting, risk management, and policy types. - Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console) and analytics (GA4). - Excellent research, writing, and editing skills with strong attention to factual detail. - Ability to translate technical insurance content into reader-friendly, engaging language.
