As a Content Writer (B2B Marketing/SEO) at our client, a Google-award-winning digital agency based in Gurgaon, you will play a crucial role in creating and managing content across various digital channels. Your focus will be on maintaining consistent, compelling messaging aligned with business objectives. Here's what the role entails: Key Responsibilities: - Write in-depth blogs on SEO and marketing topics, create impactful copy for home and product pages, CTAs, sales pages, and pillar content. - Refresh and optimize existing content to enhance or defend rankings. - Develop and execute SEO content strategy for blogs, landing pages, and resource hubs. - Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure the publication of search-optimized pages. - Measure performance using metrics like CTR, bounce rate, dwell time, and conversions. - Finalize on-page elements such as H1s, metas, alt text, and conduct high-level editing and QA checks for accuracy and SEO compliance. SEO Strategy & Technical Coordination: - Conduct keyword research, map high-potential topics to the buyer's journey, and categorize search intent. - Optimize on-page elements like structure, keyword integration, internal links, titles, and metas. - Perform content gap analysis by evaluating competitors to identify content gaps and establish topical authority. - Monitor performance metrics including traffic, rankings, and visibility through tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush. - Coordinate with the Web Development team to address indexing errors, broken links, and speed issues. Content Marketing Across the Full Funnel: - Ensure seamless execution of content strategy from end to end. - Collaborate with developers and designers to publish website pages, coordinate social publishing, and optimize video releases. - Distribute blog content across various channels and drive organic growth through content-driven initiatives. Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience in writing on SEO and Digital Marketing, preferably in a B2B setting (experience in demand generation, growth, performance marketing, B2B SaaS is a plus). - Strong portfolio showcasing work on blogs, landing pages, and website copy. - Demonstrated ability to drive CRO and engagement improvements through copy tests and A/B experiments. - Proficiency in analytics tools such as GA4, Hotjar, and A/B testing platforms. - Effective cross-functional collaborator with excellent professional communication skills.
