About The Role We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team at Technofocus. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining advanced web platforms that support our strategic initiatives, including our new AI-driven Learning Management System. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in frontend technologies, a keen eye for design, and the ability to translate complex mockups into seamless, high-quality user interfaces. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, product management, and backend development, to create engaging and intuitive digital experiences. Your contributions will be vital in building scalable frontend architectures and ensuring optimal performance across devices and platforms. Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. A minimum of six years of professional experience in frontend development is required, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality web applications. Candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent debugging abilities, and proficiency in managing multiple priorities effectively. Superior communication and collaboration skills are essential, as this role involves working closely with diverse teams to achieve project goals. Experience with modern frontend frameworks and a solid understanding of backend technologies will be highly advantageous. Responsibilities Develop, enhance, and maintain responsive web applications that function seamlessly across desktops, tablets, and smartphones. Translate design mockups from tools like Figma into pixel-perfect, high-performance user interfaces. Optimize web content for speed, usability, and accessibility, ensuring an engaging user experience. Collaborate with design, product, and backend teams to implement features that meet user needs and business objectives. Identify and troubleshoot UI/UX issues, applying best practices to ensure consistency and quality across platforms. Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable frontend components and libraries. Take ownership of end-to-end development tasks, from initial concept through deployment and ongoing maintenance.
