Senior US HR Generalist (Night Shift) Night Shift | 5-8 Years Experience Remote | US Central Time Zone We are seeking a Senior US HR professional with deep experience supporting U.S. operations to lead end-to-end HR processes for our U.S. office. This role requires hands-on expertise in U.S. employment practices, regulatory compliance, and the full employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate is highly autonomous, detail-oriented, and capable of managing HR operations independently in a fast-paced, growing environment. US HR Operations / US HR Generalist Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and personnel documentation Experience in US staffing industry is required Ensure ongoing compliance with U.S. federal, state, and local labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, HR documentation, and data within HRIS systems Administer and support payroll coordination, attendance tracking, leave management, and benefits administration Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employee relations matters, policy interpretation, and workplace inquiries Support internal HR audits, policy updates, and process improvements to ensure operational efficiency and compliance Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 5-8 years of hands-on experience in U.S. HR operations / HR generalist roles Strong working knowledge of U.S. labor laws, compliance standards, and HR best practices Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills High attention to detail with a strong emphasis on confidentiality and professionalism Must work night shift (US hours) Role: HR Generalist Industry Type: IT Services & Consulting Department: Human Resources Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: HR Operations Education: Any Graduate
