Lead / Senior Manager – Finance & Business Operations

Role Overview :

We are looking for a hands-on Finance & Business Operations professional with 7–10 years

of experience and strong exposure to BPO Process environments.

The ideal candidate will have practical experience managing finance operations, accounting

compliance, payroll processes, and business operations across regions mainly focussing

into APAC, USA, and Europe regions.

This role requires someone who can design operational processes and successfully

implement those processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

BPO & Operations

  • Manage and support BPO operational processes across finance, payroll, and business operations.

  • Ensure smooth delivery of outsourced services and operational workflows.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain operational efficiency and service quality.

Finance & Accounting Operations

  • Oversee financial operations, accounting compliance, and reporting processes.

  • Maintain strong governance across financial controls, operational processes, and reporting standards.

  • Ensure alignment between finance functions and operational delivery teams.

Global Payroll & Operational Processes

  • Support operational oversight of payroll processes and financial workflows across APAC,USA, and Europe.

  • Ensure processes follow global operational and compliance frameworks.Project Design & Implementation

  • Lead or support design and execution of finance or operations projects across international markets.

  • Translate global operational frameworks into practical implementation within the organization.

  • Plan, implement, and execute process improvements and operational transformation initiatives.

Process Optimization

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and operational performance.

  • Support leadership in building scalable BPO operational models.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 7–10 years of experience in BPO, Finance Operations, or Outsourcing environments.

  • Currently working in a Lead / Senior Manager role.

  • Hands-on experience in finance operations, accounting compliance, payroll operations, and business processes across multi-regions(APAC, USA, Europe).

  • Experience designing, managing, and implementing global operational projects.

  • Strong understanding of BPO delivery models and operational workflows.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
