Compensation & Benefits :

• CTC Range: ₹20 LPA – ₹35 LPA (Fixed Compensation + Bonus + Insurance)

• Final compensation will be aligned with the candidate’s current base salary and experience

Experience Requirement :

• 5 to 10 years of relevant software development experience

• Candidates with 8+ years may be considered for the higher end of the range

• Duration: 180 minutes

• 2 Coding Questions

• Focus: Data Structures & Algorithms

Round 2: Technical Panel Interview

• Duration: 30 minutes

Round 3: Hiring Manager Round (Techno-Functional)

• Duration: 30 minutes

Preferred Interview Mode:

• In-person / Virtual (MS Teams)

Key Responsibilities :

• Design scalable solutions, write high-quality code, perform unit testing, and deliver complete technical documentation

• Translate business requirements into detailed design specifications and production-ready solutions

• Anticipate customer needs and propose innovative, scalable architectural improvements

• Mentor and coach developers on best coding practices and design principles

• Address product defects and re-architect components to improve performance and scalability

• Provide technical leadership in new product development and stay updated with emerging technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in software development

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide teams

• Proven ability to design robust product architecture and deliver scalable solutions

• Quick learner with exposure to emerging technologies and modern development practices

• Strong problem-solving and coding skills (Product-based company experience preferred)
