Compensation: $150K–$195K + extremely competitive equity

About the Role

We’re looking for an exceptional Software Engineer to join as one of the earliest members of our engineering team. In this role, you will directly influence the technical direction, build the foundational version of our product, and work closely with customers to shape the future of the platform. You should be deeply product-minded, comfortable owning 0→1 development, and capable of making strong architectural decisions as the product scales.

What You’ll Achieve in Your First 12 Months

Build and lead delivery of the initial versions of the platform, including early pilot programs
Partner with leadership to define product strategy and long-term business direction
Influence product and feature design while shaping the technical roadmap
Design and implement integrations with external APIs, partners, and cloud infrastructure
Build scrappy, high-impact solutions to validate customer value before re-architecting for scale

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience as a highly technical, product-focused software engineer
Strong technical fundamentals with experience working in top-tier startups or educational environments
Ability to design polished UI/UX and deliver customer-ready product experiences
Experience building from scratch, owning architecture, and scaling systems
Excellent communication skills and comfort engaging with customers directly
