Project Manager – PHP Laravel & Mobile Application Development (India)

We are looking for a dynamic and technically aware Project Manager with at least 2 years of experience managing web and mobile application development projects, particularly in PHP Laravel and Mobile App technologies. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, coordinating with development teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role requires solid communication skills, technical understanding, and leadership abilities to manage developers, clients, and project timelines effectively. Key Responsibilities Project Management - Manage end-to-end lifecycle of web and mobile application development projects. - Plan project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Team Coordination - Coordinate with PHP Laravel developers, mobile app developers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams. - Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure productivity of the development team. - Conduct regular scrum meetings / project review meetings. Client Communication - Understand client requirements and translate them into technical tasks and project plans. - Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project status. - Handle requirement clarifications and scope adjustments. Quality & Delivery - Ensure proper testing and quality assurance processes before project delivery. - Identify risks and proactively resolve project challenges. - Ensure proper documentation of project workflows and deliverables. Process Management - Use project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms. - Implement Agile / Scrum methodologies where required. - Maintain documentation for project specifications, reports, and deliverables. Required Skills Technical Understanding - Strong understanding of PHP Laravel framework - Basic understanding of Mobile App Development (Android, iOS, or Hybrid frameworks) - Knowledge of API integrations, databases, and web architecture Project Management Skills - Agile / Scrum project management - Task planning and milestone tracking - Risk management and problem solving Soft Skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong leadership and team management abilities - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Qualification - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred) - Minimum 2 years of experience in IT project management - Experience managing web development and mobile app development projects Preferred Skills (Good to Have) - Experience working with UI/UX teams - Basic knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and DevOps workflows - Exposure to CRM systems or SaaS products Salary - Competitive salary based on experience and skills.
