Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative responsible for assisting customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products or services. The ideal candidate will ensure a positive customer experience through professional communication and timely support.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chat inquiries.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system.
• Assist customers with order processing, account updates, and service requests.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
