This role combines deep hands-on architecture, team leadership, and delivery ownership. ⚠️ Apache Pinot production experience is mandatory. 🔑 Key Responsibilities • Own the central data lake & OLAP platform • Lead real-time and batch pipelines (Kafka/MSK, Debezium, Pinot) • Manage, mentor, and scale a team of Data Engineers • Coordinate with Infra, Business & Vendors • Implement observability, alerting, data quality & governance • Handle high-volume data systems end-to-end 🧠 Must-Have Skills • Apache Pinot (Mandatory – Production experience) • AWS: S3, Glue, Redshift, ECS/EKS • Strong SQL expertise • Real-time data pipelines & streaming systems • Proven people and delivery management 🎓 Mandatory Prerequisites • BE / BTech / MTech • 8–20 years total experience • Comfortable with 5 Days WFO – Bangalore / Noida 🌟 Desirable • AWS Certifications • AI / ML exposure • Data Management certifications 📩 Apply with details on Pinot usage, data scale handled, team size managed, and notice period.
