Key Responsibilities • Work on application development and technical solutions using Java or AI-related technologies • Collaborate with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders to understand technical and business requirements • Participate in design, development, testing, and deployment of software solutions • Provide technical support and problem resolution in bilingual environments • Translate and explain technical concepts clearly in Japanese and English • Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing • Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices Required Skills & Experience • JLPT N2 or N3 level Japanese language proficiency with strong spoken and written communication skills • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on technical experience in software development • Strong experience in Java development or AI/ML technologies • Ability to work in global delivery models and multicultural environments • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
