Job Title: Social Media Specialist Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to manage our company’s online presence across various social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for developing content strategies, increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and improving engagement. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies. • Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, graphics, and videos). • Manage and optimize company pages on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms. • Plan and execute paid campaigns to generate quality leads. • Monitor social media trends and competitor activities. • Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports. • Coordinate with the graphic design and content teams. • Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries. • Improve ROI through strategic campaigns and performance tracking. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools. • Excellent communication and content writing skills. • Creative thinking and strong visual sense. • Ability to manage multiple platforms and campaigns simultaneously. • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies is an added advantage. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in social media management. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: • Thrissur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
