Legal Executive/Manager-Litigation

As a Legal Executive/Manager at our company, you will work closely with the Legal Head in handling both litigation and non-litigation cases. Your role will be crucial as you directly report to the Legal Head and provide assistance with all documentation and cases related to the company. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with department heads and advocate offices. Key Responsibilities: - Develop strategies to effectively manage litigation and minimize exposure to claims - Facilitate timely resolution of all litigations on behalf of the company - Identify competent external Legal Counsels/Firms and provide necessary inputs - Ensure prompt preparation of briefs and conduct legal sessions - Monitor the progress of land-related legal cases in court and obtain periodic updates - Prepare and submit MIS/Status updates on litigation activities in a timely manner - Assist in liaisoning work Qualifications Required: - LLB Graduate with a minimum of 5 years of experience - Candidates with a background in the Real Estate Industry will be preferred - Excellent command over Kannada and English (Read & Write) Join us in this challenging role where you can contribute significantly to our legal department and make a difference in the real estate industry.
