Operations Executive Job in Kolkata at HNS Gold Private Limited (Job Vacancy)

Key responsibilities: 1. Perform gold verification and purity testing using approved methods. 2. Accurately assess gold purity, weight, and eligibility before transaction. 3. Ensure correct valuation based on purity and prevailing gold rate. 4. Cross-check valuation details with system entries and approval norms. 5. Ensure zero deviation or manipulation in gold testing and valuation process. 6. Handle end-to-end closure of Gold purchase, MGIP, Silver, and GL settlement cases. 7. Take joint responsibility for conversion of all walk-ins along with CRE. 8. Verify customer KYC, forms, and supporting documents before closure. 9. Ensure correct entry of weight, purity, rate, and amount in system/register. 10. Explain gold testing process, valuation, and settlement details clearly to customers. 11. Coordinate with CRE and Branch Manager for smooth and fast closures. 12. Handle customer queries related to valuation, deductions, and net payable amount. 13. Ensure all gold handling follows company SOPs, safety norms, and compliance rules. 14. Maintain secure handling, storage, and handover of gold. 15. Ensure audit readiness with proper tagging, records, and approvals. 16. Maintain accurate gold registers, valuation sheets, and transaction records. 17. Update daily closure MIS and pending case tracker. 18. Report discrepancies immediately to Branch Manager.
