Role Overview
Honasa Consumer Limited is seeking a data-driven Growth & Validation Lead to drive our product-market fit initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for scientifically validating new product concepts before they enter full-scale development. You will operate at the intersection of Performance Marketing, Rapid Prototyping, and Consumer Insights, utilizing live market tests to determine the viability of new launches.
Key Responsibilities
● Rapid Prototyping & Web Development:
-Design and deploy high-fidelity landing pages for unreleased products using low-code/no-code platforms (Shopify, Unbounce, Webflow).
- Ensure all test pages offer a seamless user experience (UX) optimized for mobile conversion.
● Performance Marketing Execution:
-End-to-end management of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns to drive targeted traffic to validation pages.
-Implement precise audience targeting strategies to test product appeal across different consumer cohorts.
● Creative Strategy & Hook Analysis:
-Conceptualize and test marketing hooks: Collaborate with design teams to create diverse ad creatives that test specific value propositions (e.g. "Clinical Efficacy" vs. "Natural Ingredients").
-Creative Performance Analysis: Analyze ad metrics to understand why specific creatives perform better. dissect winning "hooks"(visuals, headlines, and opening frames) to inform the final product positioning and packaging claims.
● Data Analysis & Reporting:
-Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including Click-Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Add-to-Cart (CP-ATC), and Conversion Rate.
-Translate raw campaign data into actionable "Go/No-Go" recommendations for the NPD team, ensuring resources are allocated only to high-potential concepts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
● The Agile Marketer: You possess a unique blend of technical marketing skills and the ability to execute rapidly. You are comfortable building landing pages and launching campaigns independently within tight timelines.
● The Analytical Strategist: You go beyond vanity metrics. You understand the relationship between ad creative, landing page congruency, and purchase intent.
● The Consumer Psychologist: You understand the nuances of digital consumer behavior. You can analyze ad comments and engagement to decode consumer sentiment regarding new product ideas.
Qualifications & Skills
● Experience: 2 - 4 years in Performance Marketing, D2C Growth, or Digital Strategy.
● Platform Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Meta Ads Manager (campaign structure, A/B testing, and reporting) is mandatory.
● Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with page builders (Shopify, Unbounce, or similar) and analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Excel).
● Creative Acumen: Strong ability to analyze ad creatives and script high-converting hooks. Experience working with design tools (Canva, Figma) is a strong advantage.
● Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the Beauty & Personal Care (BPC) sector or fast-paced D2C environments is preferred.
