User Research (India)

Job Title: User Research- Calling Executive Department: Product/ UX Research Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a User Research- Calling Executive to support our ongoing user feedback and experience analysis initiatives within the Product/UX team at Hoora Technologies. As we conduct multiple user research activities on a weekly basis, this role will help streamline the feedback collection process and improve the turnaround time for user research reports, enabling better product and UX decision-making. This is primarily a calling-based role, where the candidate will interact with users to gather insights about their experience with the platform. Key Responsibilities - Call users from the shared database, including application drop-offs, inactive users, and NPS feedback lists - Understand and document reasons for app drop-offs, non-usage, or low NPS ratings - Collect feedback related to user experience, service issues, app usability, pricing, and overall satisfaction - Identify and record issues faced by users during booking, service providing, or while using the app - Accurately document all user responses and insights for research reports - Maintain polite, empathetic, and professional communication during all interactions - Coordinate with the Product/UX team to share structured feedback and observations Requirements - Valuable communication skills (Hindi and basic English) - Comfortable speaking with users over phone calls - Basic computer knowledge for documenting feedback - Patient, empathetic, and detail-oriented personality - Prior calling or customer interaction experience is a plus, but not mandatory Preferred Candidate - Freshers or candidates with experience in telecalling, customer support, or feedback calling - Candidates who are comfortable conducting multiple calls daily Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year Application Question(s): - Do you have experience with telecalling, customer support? - What is your current ctc? - what is your expected CTC? - What is your notice period?
