CIAM Specialist

Description : Location - Hyderabad Notice period - 15 days or less Role Overview : We are looking for a CIAM Specialist to join our Customer Identity & Access Management team. You will be responsible for technical operations, implementation, management, and support of CIAM systems across the organization. This role focuses on authentication, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), monitoring, and operational stability of CIAM platforms. Key Responsibilities : - Operate, manage, and support CIAM systems - Troubleshoot and resolve moderate to high-complexity issues - Ensure system availability, performance, logging, and monitoring - Perform root cause analysis and escalate when required - Maintain operational documentation - Support CIAM-related projects and process improvements Required Qualifications : - Bachelors degree BE/Btech - 2+ years of experience in CIAM AND OKTA - 7+ years in IAM - Fluent English (written & spoken) - Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications : - Experience in IT Security/Identity & Access Management Experience with one or more : - Okta/Auth0 - SiteMinder - Layer7 API Gateway - Java, JavaScript, React - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience working with global teams
