Social Media & Event Coverage Intern / Executive

Role Overview We are looking for a creative and energetic Social Media & Event Coverage Intern / Executive to manage social media activities and cover on-ground events. The role includes content creation, real-time event coverage, audience engagement, and performance tracking. Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management • Create and post content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube • Plan monthly content calendars aligned with brand and campaign goals • Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner • Coordinate with designers and video editors to produce high-quality content Event Coverage • Cover school, college, and campus events for live social media updates • Capture photos and short videos during events • Post real-time stories, reels, and updates during events • Organize and share event content with the internal team Performance & Reporting • Track social media performance including reach, engagement, and follower growth • Prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights and improvement suggestions • Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm changes, and new content formats Requirements • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content formats • Interest in content creation, event coverage, and digital marketing • Familiarity with Canva and basic video editing tools is a plus • Good communication and coordination skills • Willingness to travel for events and work flexible hours when needed Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship Contract length: 12 months Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹25,500.00 per month Benefits: • Commuter assistance • Internet reimbursement Experience: • Social media marketing: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
