Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Aurangabad for a Housekeeping Associate at Hotel Rama International Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar. The Housekeeping Associate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms, public spaces, and other areas of the hotel. Daily tasks include cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, replenishing supplies, changing linens, and ensuring a welcoming environment for guests. The role also includes providing excellent service to guests, addressing their concerns promptly, and supporting a high standard of hygiene and hospitality. Qualifications • Experience in Laundry services and maintaining cleanliness • Strong Communication skills and a customer-focused mindset • Proficiency in Customer Service and the ability to address guest needs with professionalism • Excellent Organization Skills and attention to detail for ensuring thorough cleaning and arrangement • Willingness to participate in training programs for skill development • Physical stamina to perform cleaning and housekeeping duties • Previous housekeeping experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
