As a lean team focused on quality, ownership, and growth, we're entering our next phase seeking our first full-time engineering partner. • Owning end-to-end development of a production-ready Flutter application for iOS and Android • Translating product requirements into scalable technical solutions • Designing backend services, APIs, and data models for implementation and maintenance • Collaborating directly with the founder on product direction and prioritisation []Solid experience building production applications with Flutter required: Strong hands-on experience as a full stack developer (frontend/backend) proven ability to build/shipping products from scratch solid understanding system design/application architecturePrior startup or scale-up background ideal: Familiarity refactoring/stabilising existing systems real-world startup/scale-up experience managing high-ownership responsibilities
