Job Role We are hiring a Sales & Collection Executive to manage payment follow-ups, collections, and coordination with the sales team. This role requires strong communication skills, structured follow-ups, and accountability in ensuring timely revenue closure. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure smooth order closures • Conduct outbound calls for payment follow-ups and pending Payments • Assist customers to complete their onboarding and resolve basic queries • Maintain daily reports of payments, collections, and pending dues • Ensure timely closure of outstanding fees • Support revenue tracking and internal coordination Requirements • Minimum Graduation required • 1–3 years of experience in sales support / collections / telecalling • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Comfortable handling outbound calls • Basic understanding of payment tracking and reporting • Personal laptop is mandatory Additional Details • Location: Salt Lake, Kolkata • Full-time role • Immediate joining preferred • 6-day work week (Work From Office) Interested candidates can reach out at: careers@houseofedtech.in Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per month Application Question(s): • How many years of Sales collection experience do you have? • Will you be able to reliably commute or relocate to Salt Lake Sector 5, Kolkata, West Bengal for this job? • Are you comfortable working a 6-day work week with Thursday as a fixed weekly off? • Do you have a personal laptop that you can bring to work? • What was your last drawn in-hand salary?
