We work with luxury property agents, developers, and event organisers across the UK. As a growing startup, speed, quality, and consistency are extremely important to us. We are looking for a serious, hardworking editor who is willing to grow with a startup and help us increase our speed of delivery so we can take on more clients. Role Overview You will handle editing for: Real Estate Projects • HDR blending (Lightroom) • Window pulls • Sky replacements • Object removal • Colour correction • Cinematic property videos (Premiere Pro) • Time Remapping • After Effects is a bonus • Social media reel formatting Corporate & Event Projects • Event photo editing • Highlight videos • Clean audio balancing • Professional colour grading • Social media-ready exports What We’re Looking For • Minimum 2 years editing experience • Experience in real estate or event editing preferred • Strong PC capable of handling 4K footage • Fast and stable internet connection • Highly detail-oriented • Deadline-focused mindset • Willingness to grow with a startup • Hardworking and performance-driven This role is ideal for someone looking for long-term growth rather than short-term freelance projects. Performance Bonus ₹1,000 bonus for every completed video delivered within the respective month (meeting quality and deadline standards). Employment Structure • Initial 3-month probation period • Performance evaluation during probation • Full-time confirmation after successful completion • If performance and company growth align, salary will increase by up to 50% within one year We are looking for committed individuals who want to build something long-term.
