Job Title: Studio Stylist, Sales Associate & Fashion Designer Location: Koregaon Park, Pune About PRÊT PITAARA PRÊT PITAARA is a contemporary women’s fashion brand offering size-inclusive western wear from XS–9XL with customization. Our studio in Koregaon Park is designed as a fashion experience space where styling, design, and personalized fit come together. We are also present on major marketplaces like NykaaFashion, Myntra and AJIO. We are looking for a Studio Stylist & Sales Associate with a Fashion Design background who can manage the in-store client experience, drive sales through styling consultations, and assist with custom design and studio operations. Role Overview This role blends fashion styling, sales, design consultation, and studio management. The candidate will interact closely with customers visiting the studio, help them discover outfits that suit their body type and personal style, and guide them through customization options when needed. The role also includes responsibility for inventory management and studio operations. Key Responsibilities Customer Styling & Sales • Welcome and assist customers visiting the studio • Provide styling recommendations based on body type, lifestyle, and occasions • Build complete outfit looks and suggest complementary pieces • Upsell and cross-sell products to increase cart value • Convert styling consultations into successful sales • Build relationships with repeat customers Custom Design & Fashion Consultation • Understand client requirements for custom outfits • Suggest silhouettes, fabrics, and design details • Create basic design sketches or concepts when required • Coordinate with the production team for custom pieces and alterations • Assist in design development and new product ideas Inventory & Product Management • Maintain accurate inventory of all garments and accessories in the studio • Track stock movement and sales • Coordinate with the production team for replenishment of styles • Ensure products are properly tagged, displayed, and organized • Assist with stock checks and inventory reporting Studio Operations • Maintain visual merchandising and product displays • Ensure the studio remains organized, presentable, and aligned with brand aesthetics • Manage trial rooms and fitting processes Creative & Marketing Support • Assist with styling for photoshoots and content creation • Collaborate with the social media and marketing team for campaigns and shoots • Support studio events and styling sessions Requirements • Based in Pune • Degree or diploma in Fashion Design or related field preferred • 1–4 years experience in fashion retail, boutique styling, or a design studio • Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, and silhouettes • Confident in customer interaction and sales • Organized with strong attention to inventory and product management • Creative eye for styling and fashion trends
