The role involves connecting with potential customers over the phone, explaining credit card features and benefits, and generating qualified leads for the sales team. Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database. • Present and promote credit card products based on customer needs and eligibility. • Generate high-quality leads and pass them to the sales or verification team. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM software. • Follow call scripts and compliance guidelines while maintaining professionalism. • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and lead conversion. • Handle customer queries courteously and provide accurate product information. • Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and bank policies.
