JOB TITLE: Design Recruiter / Design Hiring Partner COMPANY: HireDesigners LOCATION: Noida, Uttar Pradesh (In-office) EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 0–2 Years CTC: ₹3 – ₹3.6 LPA ABOUT THE ROLE: HireDesigners, India’s largest design recruitment agency, is looking for a Design Recruiter / Design Hiring Partner to manage end-to-end hiring for design roles across 40+ disciplines. In this role, you will work closely with founders, CXOs, and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, map the talent market, and deliver high-quality candidates. You will be responsible for driving the complete hiring lifecycle, ensuring strong candidate experience, stakeholder alignment, and successful closures. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for design roles across multiple disciplines • Convert client role briefs into structured success profiles and hiring strategies • Build and execute sourcing strategies across platforms, communities, referrals, and outreach • Screen candidates for skill, mindset, and cultural fit • Present shortlisted candidates with strong evaluation and rationale • Coordinate interview processes and ensure smooth candidate experience • Align feedback between candidates and stakeholders effectively • Drive offer discussions, negotiations, and counter-offer management • Monitor joining risks and ensure successful closures • Maintain CRM hygiene, pipeline tracking, and regular reporting • Build strong relationships with clients including founders, CXOs, and hiring managers SKILLS REQUIRED: • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Structured thinking and problem-solving ability • Talent sourcing and candidate evaluation capability • Negotiation and closing skills • High ownership and accountability in managing hiring processes • Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines efficiently • Strong follow-through and attention to detail • CRM discipline and pipeline management skills • High empathy balanced with assertiveness • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Management, or related field • Prior experience or exposure to recruitment or talent acquisition • Understanding of design roles, portfolios, and hiring landscapes • Familiarity with sourcing tools, communities, and referral networks • Experience interacting with senior stakeholders or clients WHY JOIN / WHAT WE OFFER: • Opportunity to work with India’s largest design recruitment agency • Exposure to top studios and high-growth companies across industries • High ownership role with fast learning and growth opportunities • Direct interaction with founders, CXOs, and senior leadership • Performance-driven culture with strong career progression
