A strategic leadership role focused on driving group growth through investments, M&A, partnerships, and new business opportunities. The position is responsible for market scanning, feasibility analysis, financial modelling, valuation, and deal execution to ensure strong capital allocation and value creation.
Core focus areas:
• Build and manage a pipeline of organic and inorganic growth opportunities
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business case development
• Lead financial modelling, valuation, and risk-return assessment
• Identify and execute M&A deals, including due diligence and integration support
• Prepare investment proposals for leadership and track post-investment performance
Success measured by: ROI/IRR achievement, EBITDA growth, deal closures, speed of feasibility evaluation, and realization of acquisition synergies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
