HSO Ind Technical Lead & AI & Copilot

Overview We are seeking a Senior AI & Copilot Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications and copilots that enhance productivity, decision-making, and user experiences across Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and the Power Platform. You will work closely with architects, functional consultants, and business stakeholders to create scalable, secure, and intelligent solutions that leverage Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and other AI technologies. Responsibilities • Solution Design & Development: Architect and implement AI copilots, plugins, and conversational agents within Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365. • AI/ML Integration: Integrate Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and Azure ML models into business applications. • Extend copilots with custom connectors, APIs, and plugins for enterprise scenarios. • Build and fine-tune prompts, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and knowledge grounding strategies. • Implement AI-powered automation (e.g., Power Automate with Copilot). • Ensure solutions align with responsible AI principles (bias, security, compliance). • Collaboration & Delivery: Partner with business and functional teams to translate requirements into AI use cases; Mentor junior developers and contribute to AI best practices; Support pre-sales and client workshops, showcasing AI/Copilot capabilities. Required Skills & Experience • Experience: 6–10 years in software development, with at least 2–3 years in AI/Copilot-related solutions. • Strong proficiency in: • Microsoft Copilot Studio (building copilots, conversation flows, orchestration). • Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents). • Dynamics 365 CE / ERP integration with Copilot. • Hands-on with Azure OpenAI (GPT models), Azure Cognitive Services, Azure ML. • Proficiency in C#, .NET, TypeScript/JavaScript, and Python (for AI/ML integration). • Solid knowledge of REST APIs, Graph API, Dataverse, and custom connectors. • Experience in prompt engineering and RAG for enterprise copilots. • Strong understanding of data security, compliance (GDPR), and responsible AI principles. • Ability to work in Agile delivery environments and manage stakeholder expectations. • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Nice to Have • Microsoft Certifications: • AI-102 (Azure AI Engineer) • PL-200 (Power Platform Functional Consultant) • MB-260 (Customer Insights – Data Analyst) • Experience with multi-modal AI (text, voice, image) copilots. • Background in Data & Analytics (Power BI, Synapse, Fabric). • Exposure to Generative AI orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel).
