Strong Backend WordPress Developer (Full-Stack preferred)

HTBG Global Pvt Ltd is looking for a Strong Backend WordPress Developer (Full-Stack preferred) with deep expertise in WordPress architecture, custom development, and performance optimization to join our growing team on an urgent basis. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain custom WordPress plugins, themes, and backend functionalities • Build and manage scalable WordPress websites with strong backend architecture • Work with Elementor, Gutenberg, and custom development to implement dynamic layouts • Integrate third-party APIs, REST APIs, and external services • Optimize database queries, site performance, and page speed • Troubleshoot complex backend issues, bugs, and compatibility problems • Maintain and improve existing WordPress websites and applications • Ensure security best practices, backups, and website stability • Collaborate with designers and frontend developers to implement UI/UX requirements Required Skills & Experience • Strong expertise in WordPress core, hooks, actions, filters, and architecture • Advanced proficiency in PHP and MySQL • Solid understanding of WordPress backend development and custom plugin creation • Experience with Elementor development (custom widgets, theme customization) • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery • Experience with ACF, Custom Post Types (CPT), and WordPress REST API • Familiarity with WooCommerce customization • Experience with Git, cPanel, server management, and website migration • Strong understanding of security, performance optimization, and scalability Good to Have • Experience with ReactJS • Experience converting Figma designs to WordPress • Knowledge of technical SEO, GA4, and Search Console • Familiarity with hosting environments and performance tools What We Offer • Dynamic and growth-oriented work environment • Opportunity to work on diverse international client projects • Supportive team culture with learning opportunities • Timely payments and professional flexibility Working Hours: • Total working hours: 8.5 hours • Login time: 1:00 PM • End time: 9:30 PM ( Break time is additional and varies ) How to Apply Send your CV and portfolio to: hr@htbusinessgroup.com Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Work from home Work Location: Remote
