Project Manager eCommerce Domain, Agile

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading and managing multiple offshore teams to ensure smooth collaboration with client stakeholders and partner vendor teams in eCommerce projects within the retail domain. Your strong expertise in Agile project management practices and excellent communication skills will be essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end delivery of eCommerce projects in the retail domain, aligning with client objectives and timelines. - Provide guidance, support, and performance monitoring to offshore teams. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients and partner vendors, fostering strong relationships and clear communication. - Implement and promote Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) for iterative development and continuous improvement. - Ensure adherence to project management standards, governance frameworks, and organizational processes. - Identify, track, and proactively mitigate project risks and issues. - Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and documentation for stakeholders. - Maintain high standards of deliverables and ensure compliance with agreed SLAs. Qualifications Required: - 12+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in eCommerce and retail domain projects. - Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with Waterfall when required. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders. - Proven ability to lead distributed teams and drive accountability. - Experience working with global clients and managing multi-vendor environments, including delivery of fixed-price and fixed-capacity projects. - Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, etc.). - PMP, CSM, or equivalent Agile certifications preferred. - Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to organizational standards.
