Job Title: Digital Content & E-commerce Specialist Role Overview We are looking for a creative and proactive Digital Content & E-commerce Specialist to elevate our brand presence across Amazon and social media platforms. This is a dynamic role for a "digital native" who can seamlessly transition from managing product listings to filming and editing engaging short-form video content. The ideal candidate possesses a mix of technical design skills, a sharp eye for social media trends, and a "can-do" attitude. You will be the voice and visual identity of our brand online, ensuring our products look premium and our community stays engaged. Key Responsibilities Amazon Marketplace Management: Create, optimize, and maintain high-quality product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions and SEO-friendly titles. Daily Reel/Shorts Creation: Concept, film, and post daily high-energy Reels and TikTok-style content to drive brand awareness and engagement. Visual Design: Utilize Canva and Adobe Photoshop to design eye-catching social media graphics, A+ content for Amazon, and digital marketing assets. Video Editing: Perform basic to intermediate editing (cuts, transitions, captions, and music syncing) to produce polished, professional video content. Brand Consistency: Ensure all digital assets align with the company’s aesthetic and brand voice. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to brainstorm campaigns and meet project deadlines. Community Engagement: Monitor social media comments and messages to maintain a positive brand image and foster a loyal community. Qualifications & Skills Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and mobile video editing apps (e.g., CapCut or InShot). E-commerce Knowledge: Familiarity with the Amazon Seller Central dashboard and basic listing optimization strategies. Creative Flair: A proven ability to create trendy, viral-ready video content with a focus on storytelling.
