Placement Manager / Placement Director Position Title: Placement Manager / Director Location: India (Remote / Field) Role Summary This role leads outcome-oriented placement initiatives for HandE learners — transforming experiential learning achievements into job opportunities, internship outcomes, and corporate partnerships. The Placement Manager/Director will design and drive strategies for connecting learners with recruiters, scaling employer networks, and enhancing placement success metrics. Key Responsibilities • Build and nurture employer relationships across industries (HR, consulting, tech, analytics, business services). • Design placement processes, job matching workflows, and candidate readiness tools (resume reviews, interview kits, portfolio showcases). • Lead placements for cohort programs, ensuring high conversion rates from project completion to job offers. • Partner with HandE to leverage AI-driven talent mapping and personalized job pathways. • Develop placment analytics and placement success dashboards. • Conduct employer roundtables, virtual career fairs, and recruitment events. • Support learners with career coaching, interview prep, and negotiation guidance. Qualification • 5+ years in placements, campus recruitment, or industry hiring roles. • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills. • Familiarity with career transitions, market hiring trends, ATS workflows, and candidate assessment practices.
