SEO & SMO Executive

Job Title: SEO / SMO Executive Location: Faridabad, Haryana Experience: 1–2 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a results-driven SEO/SMO Executive to manage search engine optimization and social media optimization activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in improving website rankings, increasing organic traffic, and managing social media platforms to drive engagement and brand visibility. Key Responsibilities- - SEO Responsibilities • Perform keyword research and competitor analysis • Execute on-page SEO (meta tags, content optimization, internal linking, schema, etc.) • Handle off-page SEO (link building, guest posting, directory submissions, outreach) • Monitor website performance using Google Analytics & Search Console • Improve website rankings and organic traffic • Conduct technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers for fixes • Track and report SEO performance metrics monthly - SMO Responsibilities • Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) • Plan and execute social media content calendars • Increase engagement, followers, and brand visibility • Create basic creatives/reels coordination (Canva/CapCut preferred) • Monitor insights and generate performance reports • Stay updated with social media trends and algorithm changes Required Skills • Experience working on Shopify • Knowledge of schema markup for products • Understanding of conversion optimization • Familiarity with GA4 & Search Console • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals • Knowledge of Google Analytics & Google Search Console • Familiarity with tools like SEMrush / Ahrefs / Ubersuggest • Understanding of social media algorithms • Good written and verbal communication skills Salary Range ₹2.5 LPA – ₹3.5LPA (Depending on skills and performance) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Growth in organic traffic • Keyword ranking improvements • Lead generation from organic & social channels • Engagement rate on social media Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: • Faridabad, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: • Diploma (Preferred) Experience: • seo and smo: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
