ECCE Trainer (Early Childhood Care and Education)

Our Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) certification program is a government-recognized, MEPSC-certified course designed to prepare aspiring educators with the knowledge and practical skills required to teach and nurture young children effectively. Role Description: We are looking for a passionate and experienced ECCEd Trainer to deliver our Early Childhood Care and Education certification program to students. The trainer will be responsible for teaching ECCEd modules, conducting live sessions, guiding assignments, and preparing students for real-world preschool and early learning environments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in early childhood education, curriculum planning, and modern pedagogical practices. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver ECCEd course modules including child development, curriculum planning, pedagogy, and classroom management. • Teach students about early childhood growth, learning strategies, and foundational literacy and numeracy development. • Conduct engaging live training sessions, workshops, and practical demonstrations. • Guide students through assignments, projects, and internship preparation. • Train students on play-based, experiential, and activity-based teaching methods aligned with NEP 2020. • Provide mentorship and career guidance to aspiring preschool teachers and ECCEd professionals. • Assess student performance, provide feedback, and track learning progress. • Support students in developing lesson plans, classroom activities, and teaching resources. • Stay updated with modern ECCEd teaching methodologies and integrate them into training. • Collaborate with academic and operations teams to improve course delivery and learning outcomes. Qualifications: • 2–5 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, Preschool Teaching, or ECCEd Training. • Strong understanding of child growth and development, pedagogy, and early learning principles. • Experience teaching ECCEd subjects such as child development, curriculum planning, and classroom strategies. • Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills. • Experience in teacher training or academic instruction is highly preferred. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education (ECCEd, B.Ed., M.Ed., or related field preferred). • Montessori, ECCEd, or Nursery Teacher Training certification is a plus.
