We're hiring on behalf of leading schools across India for on‑site PGT Chemistry roles that blend rigorous subject teaching with hands‑on laboratory learning and board exam preparation. Location: India (On‑site) • Employment Type: Full‑time Role & Responsibilities • Plan and deliver engaging, standards‑aligned Chemistry lessons for Grades XI–XII that prepare students for CBSE/ICSE/State board examinations. • Design, supervise and assess regular practical sessions, ensuring lab safety protocols, correct demonstration of experiments and hands‑on student learning. • Create clear lesson plans, formative and summative assessments, and maintain accurate student records and progress reports. • Provide focused exam coaching and remedial support—concept revision, past‑paper practice and performance feedback to boost board exam outcomes. • Collaborate with department colleagues to align curriculum, share best practices, and contribute to co‑curricular science initiatives (projects, science fairs). • Engage proactively with parents and school leadership through meetings, progress updates and targeted improvement plans. Skills & Qualifications Must‑Have • Postgraduate degree in Chemistry (M.Sc. Chemistry or equivalent). • B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification and valid certification where required. • Minimum 1–3 years of direct experience teaching senior secondary Chemistry (XI–XII) in CBSE/ICSE/State boards. • Strong practical/lab skills with demonstrated experience managing lab safety and conducting experiments. • Proven classroom management, lesson planning and assessment design capabilities. • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) and ability to interact with students, parents and leadership. Preferred • Experience preparing students for competitive entrance exams (JEE/CET) or advanced science olympiads. • Familiarity with digital teaching tools (LMS, smartboards, virtual labs) and blended learning approaches. • Additional certifications (NET/SET) or prior PGT appointment record in reputed schools.
