Job Description - GSI Alliances Manager Function: Partnerships & Alliances - Cybersecurity Location: Mumbai Experience: 10-18 Years Role Summary: The GSI Alliances Manager will be responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships with Global System Integrators (GSIs) to drive cybersecurity solution adoption and revenue growth across India. This role focuses on developing alliance strategies, enabling partners, driving joint go-to-market initiatives, and building a strong pipeline through partner-led opportunities. Key Responsibilities - Build and manage relationships with Global System Integrators and large system integration partners. - Develop long-term alliance strategies to expand cybersecurity solution adoption through partners. - Establish joint business plans and growth roadmaps with strategic partners. - Design and execute partner-focused go-to-market strategies and co-selling initiatives. - Conduct partner enablement sessions, technical workshops, and sales training programs. - Identify and develop new revenue opportunities through partner networks. - Drive partner-led pipeline generation and support deal closures through joint engagement. - Track and improve alliance performance metrics including partner-generated revenue, pipeline creation and joint PoCs. - Build and maintain C-level relationships within partner organizations. - Collaborate closely with internal sales, pre-sales, and product teams to align partner strategies with market opportunities. - Provide market intelligence on cybersecurity threats, compliance requirements, and industry trends. Required Skills & Experience: - 8-12 years of experience in cybersecurity alliances, partner management, or channel sales. - Proven experience working with Global System Integrators or large technology partners. - Demonstrated success in driving 10-20 Cr+ partner-influenced revenue. - Strong understanding of the Indian cybersecurity ecosystem including SIEM, XDR, Zero Trust architectures, and regulatory frameworks. Education : BE / BTech / MBA or equivalent professional qualification.
