Role Description This is a full-time, in-office internship role for a Social Media Management Intern based in Bangalore (HSR Layout). The intern will support HYFIT’s digital presence by managing day-to-day social media operations, coordinating with internal and external creative teams, and ensuring consistent, engaging, and brand-aligned content across platforms. This role is ideal for creative and organized individuals who are passionate about content, branding, and fitness culture. This is a paid internship. Key Responsibilities • Manage and coordinate barter collaborations with influencers, including outreach, negotiation, deliverables tracking, and relationship management • Act as the primary point of coordination between HYFIT and the external social media/creative agency • Manage the monthly social media content calendar • Coordinate with the in-house videographer for shoot planning, content requirements, and timelines • Assist in ideating reels, short-form videos, and trend-based content for Instagram and other platforms • Track content performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and share insights with the team • Maintain content folders, asset libraries, and posting schedules Qualifications • 0–1 years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or related fields • Strong communication and coordination skills • Basic understanding of Instagram trends, reels, and short-form content formats • Familiarity with basic Excel/Google Sheets • Creative mindset with attention to detail and timelines • Passion for fitness, branding, and community-driven experiences • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment • Must be comfortable working in-office and bring their own laptop Ideal Candidate • Energetic, creative, and organized individuals who enjoy storytelling through content, collaborating with creators, and building digital communities around a high-performance fitness brand.
