Associate Product Manager

OVERVIEW Location: Jaipur Job Title : Associate Product Manager Experience : 2.0 yrs - 4.0 yrs CTC : INR 10.00 lacs - 12.00 lacs Job Overview We are looking for a data-driven Assistant Product Manager / Associate Product Manager to join our Product team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in product analytics and data analysis, along with hands-on experience working in e-commerce environments, preferably in the jewellery industry. This role requires someone who can translate customer insights, data analysis, and business requirements into actionable product improvements that enhance the customer journey, improve conversion rates, and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Execution • Assist in defining and executing the product roadmap aligned with business objectives. • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to deliver high-quality product features. • Translate business requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Support the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization. Data Analysis & Insights • Analyze user behavior, funnel metrics, and conversion data to identify opportunities for product improvements. • Work with tools such as GA4, SQL, dashboards, or analytics platforms to extract actionable insights. • Monitor key product KPIs including: • Conversion Rate (CVR) • Add-to-Cart Rate • Checkout Completion Rate • AOV (Average Order Value) • Drop-off points in the funnel E-commerce Optimization • Improve product discovery, search, filtering, and product detail page (PDP) experience. • Work on optimizing checkout flows, cart experiences, and payment journeys. • Identify opportunities to improve conversion and reduce cart abandonment. Stakeholder Collaboration • Collaborate with design, development, marketing, analytics, and business teams. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of product releases. • Assist in product documentation, release notes, and internal communication. Experimentation & Optimization • Run A/B tests and experiments to validate product hypotheses. • Continuously monitor product performance and iterate based on data and user feedback. Required Qualifications • 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Product Manager / Associate Product Manager. • Prior experience as a Product Analyst or Data Analyst is highly preferred. • Experience working in an E-commerce Jewellery company is mandatory.
