You will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive test strategies, including automation, performance, and security testing, while leveraging KPI monitoring and industry-standard tools like JMeter and Postman. • *Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement robust QA strategies, creating detailed test plans and test cases to ensure thorough coverage of system requirements. - Implement and monitor key performance indicators to measure system stability, responsiveness, and efficiency. - Design and execute API test scenarios using Postman to validate endpoints, data accuracy, and performance. - Conduct load, stress, and performance testing with JMeter to ensure the system meets scalability and reliability benchmarks. - Perform advanced security testing, including SQL Injection and other vulnerability assessments, to safeguard system integrity and compliance. - Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar technologies. - Identify, document, and track issues using JIRA, collaborating closely with developers and product teams to resolve them efficiently. - Execute regression testing to ensure new releases do not disrupt existing functionalities. - Partner with cross-functional Agile teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle. - Identify areas for improvement in QA processes, tools, and methodologies, and drive initiatives to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness. • *Required Skills & Qualifications:** - 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on automation, performance, and security testing. - Hands-on experience with Postman for API testing and JMeter for performance testing. - Knowledge of security testing techniques, including SQL Injection, cross-site scripting (XSS), and other vulnerability assessments. - Proficiency with tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks. - Strong understanding of scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or C#. - Experience in defining and tracking key performance indicators to measure system health and performance. - Proven ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • *Preferred Skills:** - ISTQB or similar QA certification. - Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. - Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
