Ecommerce Specialist, 1-3 years experience,Urgent Hiring, Trivandrum(on-site)

Hyve Sports Pvt Ltd is a sports apparel customisation manufacturing company located at Kinfra Apparel Park, Menamkulam, Trivandrum. We are looking for E-commerce Executives who can join our team immediately. Responsibilities: • Manage product listings and day-to-day operations on Shopify and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), including product updates, pricing, and inventory. • Ensure product pages contain accurate descriptions, images, specifications, and details. • Update website content such as homepage banners, collections, and promotional sections. • Monitor website performance and ensure smooth browsing and checkout experience. • Track store performance including traffic, sales, conversion rate, and average order value (AOV). • Create and manage discount campaigns, coupon codes, and promotional offers. • Coordinate with marketing teams for campaign launches and product promotions. • Manage order operations including orders, cancellations, returns, and exchanges. • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery. • Monitor inventory levels and product availability to avoid stock-outs. • Manage abandoned cart recovery campaigns through WhatsApp, email, and SMS automation tools. • Follow up on payment failure transactions and COD order confirmations when required. • Work with customer support teams to resolve order-related issues and improve customer experience. • Manage Shopify apps and integrations such as payment gateways, shipping tools, and automation platforms. Prepare weekly or monthly reports on store performance and key e-commerce metrics. Qualifications & Skills: • 1–3 years of experience working with Shopify or e-commerce platforms. • Basic understanding of online order lifecycle and e-commerce operations. • Good coordination and communication skills. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. • Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets. • Ability to work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. • Strong written and verbal communication skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: • Cell phone reimbursement • Paid time off • Provident Fund Work Location: In person
