Customer Support Associate – Freshers

We are hiring enthusiastic Freshers for the role of Customer Support Executive! What You Will Do • Handle live chat support to assist customers in real time • Respond to customer queries via Email & WhatsApp • Coordinate with clients and understand their requirements • Collect and update all queries in the CRM system • Share enquiries with the concerned departments and follow up • Make and receive basic calls related to customer queries (non-voice + Minimal voice) • Ensure smooth communication and a positive customer experience Who Can Apply • Freshers are highly encouraged to apply • Good communication skills (English/Hindi) • Basic computer knowledge • Willingness to learn — complete training will be provided Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month Benefits: • Provident Fund Application Question(s): • Do you Have any Typing course Certificate ?
