Job Description iamneo is hiring experienced Technical SME Trainers and AI Engineering Trainers to design and deliver industry-focused learning programs for developers, engineers, and technology professionals. We are looking for professionals with strong hands-on experience in Cloud, Cybersecurity, SAP, AI Engineering, and Enterprise Architecture , combined with the ability to mentor learners and deliver practical, lab-based training. These roles involve building curriculum, delivering hands-on labs, mentoring learners, and staying aligned with the latest industry technologies. Open Roles 1. Cybersecurity SME Trainer Design and deliver cybersecurity training programs covering security operations, threat detection, penetration testing, and enterprise security frameworks. 2. Cloud SME Trainer Deliver hands-on training across AWS, Azure, and GCP , including cloud architecture, DevOps, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation. 3. SAP SME Trainer Deliver functional and technical SAP training across modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, and HCM , along with S/4HANA ecosystem knowledge. 4. Senior Technical SME Trainer Lead the trainer ecosystem and govern the overall technical curriculum across infrastructure, application architecture, integration, and enterprise architecture. 5. AI Engineering Trainer Phase 1 (Builder) Train learners on AI-assisted software development , including AI coding workflows, prompt engineering, and full-stack application development using modern AI developer tools. 6. AI Engineering Trainer Phase 2 (Auditor) Train learners in debugging, security auditing, and AI-generated code validation , including incident simulations, code audits, and performance optimization. 7. GenAI Curriculum Lead Lead the design and governance of iamneos AI-first curriculum , including assessment frameworks, AI-enabled learning methods, and trainer certification programs.
