Job Title: Regional Manager – Restaurant Operations Location: Bangalore Experience: 8–10 Years Industry: Casual Dining / Restaurant Chain (Non-QSR) Job Role: • Manage operations of multiple restaurant outlets in the region • Ensure smooth functioning of service, kitchen, housekeeping & maintenance • Monitor sales performance, budgets, and cost control • Handle franchise relationships and support new outlet openings • Conduct audits and maintain brand standards • Lead and manage Restaurant Managers and outlet teams Key Skills: Restaurant Operations, Multi-Outlet Management, Franchise Management, Business Development, Budgeting & Cost Control, Customer Experience, Team Leadership, Restaurant ERP (Rancelab/Micros), MIS & Excel. Qualification: Diploma / Graduate in Hotel Management / Hospitality Note: Travel within the region required.
