1. If you have an MIS, hire an MIS expert who knows programming. 2. JavaScript (Essential) & Apps Script (Optional) Programming. 3. The SCT MIS will be the senior; he will only create a system and not be part of the regular maintenance & upkeep of existing systems. Do know Java Script, App Script, Google Form, Advance Excel as we are designing a software using google form as a front end and excel as a backend and automation using App Script/Java Script.
