As the Chief Digital Marketing Officer at ICFAI Group, you will be responsible for leading the digital marketing journey of the group with a focus on digital branding and digital sales. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the creation, ownership, and execution of a transformative digital marketing strategy. - Developing omnichannel strategies (SEO, SEM, social, content, affiliate, email, mobile, etc.) for various constituent entities and programs. - Leading brand positioning and growth initiatives across all digital channels to enhance digital presence and branding significantly. - Designing and executing a robust content marketing strategy to attract, engage, and retain student and parents' interest. - Developing and scaling organic growth strategies. - Optimizing funnels using analytics, AI personalization, and A/B testing for ROI. - Building and mentoring high-performing teams to drive cost-efficient, measurable results. - Collaborating with Department Sales and Leadership to scale digital revenue in a competitive ed-tech landscape. - Aligning and leveraging relevant technologies from enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives. To qualify for this role, you must have: - 15+ years of experience in digital marketing operations and leadership roles, with at least 5 years of leadership experience in a large corporate or higher educational institution. - Expertise in digital marketing tools, techniques, and platforms. - Strong skills in strategic thinking, innovation, and communication. - An MBA or equivalent with proven leadership in culturally complex, multi-product, and multi-entity environments.
