Graphic Designer – Entry Level

Job Title: Graphic Designer – Entry Level Department: Creative / Marketing Industry: Automotive Location: Gurugram Experience: 0–1 Years Role Overview We are looking for a creative and passionate Entry-Level Graphic Designer to support our automotive marketing and brand communication initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for design, an understanding of automotive aesthetics, and the ability to create visually impactful creatives aligned with brand guidelines. This role will involve working on campaigns, product launches, dealership branding, and automotive event creatives. Key Responsibilities • Design creatives for automotive campaigns (digital ads, social media posts, banners, emailers, website graphics) • Assist in developing marketing collaterals such as brochures, standees, flyers, and dealership branding materials • Support creatives for vehicle launches, test-drive events, and promotional activities • Create presentations and pitch decks with strong visual appeal • Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials • Adapt global brand guidelines to local campaign requirements • Coordinate with marketing, sales, and event teams to understand campaign objectives • Prepare final print-ready and digital files as per specifications Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field • 0–2 years of experience (internships/freelance included) • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) • Basic understanding of automotive design language, luxury branding, and visual aesthetics • Strong sense of typography, layout, and color balance • Ability to work under tight timelines during campaign or launch periods • Strong attention to detail • Portfolio showcasing digital and print creatives Job Type: Full-time Application Question(s): • What is your current CTC?
