Job Description: JOB SUMMARY: EXPERIENCE : Required Skills : • Impeccable writing skills • Strong communications skills • Strong problem-solving skills • Good organization skills. Must be able to handle multiple tasks concurrently • Must be a strong team player • Good knowledge of SDLC, DDLC, and DITA • Ability to research and analyse the available product information from requirements, specifications and user stories • Ability to interview Business Analysts, Product Managers, Developers, QA Analysts, etc. to gather the necessary information • Ability to develop, publish and maintain defect-free end-user content corresponding to release timelines • Ability to collaborate with the cross-functional teams to learn assigned product and complete all necessary content development • Ability to participate in process improvement activities • Ability to participate in review cycles (Self, Peer and SME). • Ability to learn skills necessary to participate and perform content analysis, topic definition, re-use, etc. Desired Skills: • Experience working in an XML authoring environment • Experience working in an Agile environment Interview Rounds : Online Written Test, One Technical Round, Manager Round HR Round Also, feel free to reach out to us in case of any doubts or clarifications
